Coming to know your nervous system & physical body. Our bodies store all of our memories, the majority of which are subconscious: all of the information and experiences that we have ever encountered, including those in which have also been passed down to us in our DNA. Body Alignment classes are designed for you to become aware of the holding patters within your body while also providing the space it needs to create new cellular networks.
