This class is a sacred portal of remembrance. A return to the subtle realms within you where healing unfolds naturally. Through long-held yin postures, conscious breath, guided meditations, and Reiki energy woven throughout the practice, you are guided into a liminal space between worlds: the seen and the unseen, the physical and the energetic, the human and the divine. As the body softens and time begins to dissolve, the nervous system unwinds, and the energetic body becomes receptive. Yin postures open the deeper tissues and energetic pathways, allowing stored emotions, imprints, and stagnant energy to gently surface and release.
