This Friday morning, dive headfirst into the New Year with an introspective, intention-setting holotropic breathwork ceremony, with the option of a mushroom microdose 🍄 You’ll be guided through multiple breathing techniques, with the majority being Holotropic Breathwork, held in a safe and supportive container.
