Service Description

In this Open level Acro class, we will be playing with some elements from contact improvisation, martial arts, dance, solo and partner acrobatics, and handstands. We will look at different forms and movement challenges to increase coordination, functional, task-based strength, and mobility. We will be working with solo and partnered movements, though the focus will be on partner work. Come solo or with friends, get challenged, find some new movement inspiration, and just have a good time. The class is beginner-friendly and will also give challenges to experienced movers.
